Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every session booked with StoryTeller Photography. If anything here is unclear, please just ask before you book.
Payment & photo delivery
Session costs are non-refundable, but are transferable in the case of weather or other unforeseen incidents. Images are delivered within 14 days by way of an online gallery. All images are professionally edited before delivery.
Deposit
Where applicable, a deposit is required to secure your session date. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total session fee.
RAW files
Raw files are unfinished, unedited images in a non-JPEG format. They will not be provided under any circumstances.
Ordering
Printing services are available separately through your gallery. The Photographer bears no responsibility for damage to prints after they have been delivered.
Copyright
The Photographer retains copyright to all images created during the Client’s session.
Model release
The Client grants the Photographer irrevocable rights to use images from the session for marketing and advertising purposes, across all media formats, without restriction or compensation.
Archives
Images remain available for two months following delivery. After that period, files are deleted, except where retained for promotional use at the Photographer’s discretion. Please download and back up your images promptly.
Re-shoots
Eligibility for a re-shoot is determined by the Photographer. Dissatisfaction with clothing, makeup, hair, or weather-related conditions does not qualify for a re-shoot.
Liability
Clients are responsible for themselves and for their children throughout the session, and release the Photographer from any claims arising during it.
Health
Clients confirm that they have not experienced symptoms of contagious illness in the 14 days prior to their session, and have not recently returned from international travel where a self-isolation period applies.
